Q: How much information do I need to give you when I engage you to do my work?
A: It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible, such as background papers, case notes, etc, so that we can provide you with the top quality service each and every one of our customers deserve.
Q: Are you able to format my translated document in the same way as my original document?
A: Wherever possible we will format your translation in the same way that the original was formatted. However, if there is a need for formatting that can only be achieved through the use of desktop publishing software, then there could be an additional charge. We would agree this with you before starting work.

A: We work hard to ensure that you receive top-quality translations, interpretation and transcription services from us by using linguists who are not only highly experienced, they are experts in their chosen fields.

A: We have a long list of corporate clients who are happy with the work that they have received from us. We are happy to provide you with a sample translation of no more than 300 words, based on a document you provide, on request.
